Space Shuttle Atlantis and a crew of four astronauts lifted off from the Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida on Friday, July 8, for the orbiter's 33rd and final voyage to the International Space Station.
Atlantis' 12-day mission, STS-135, is to deliver supplies, logistics and spare parts to ISS. STS-135 is NASA's 135th and last shuttle flight before the 30-year-old space shuttle program ends.
