Aired from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, the 46th Academy of Country Music Awards honored the country music's top talent and the industry's hottest emerging talent. Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton served as hosts for the awards ceremony. This is Reba's 13th year hosting the Academy of Country Music Awards and Blake's first.

Presenters for the 2011 ACM Awards included Luke Bryan, Chace Crawford, Celine Dion, The Judds and Miranda Lamber, Bethany Hamilton, Julianne Hough, AnnaSophia Robb, Chris Young, Reese Witherspoon, Robert Pattinson, Nancy O'Dell and Ryan Seacrest.
