24-1 long shot Ruler on Ice, with jockey Jose Valdivia Jr., took home a stunning victory at the Belmont Stakes on Saturday, winning the third and final leg of the 2011 Triple Crown. Preakness Stakes winner Shackleford finished fifth, followed by Kentucky Derby winner Animal Kingdom in sixth.
