Anthony Pettis is now the New WEC Lightweight Champion after defeating Ben Henderson via unanimous decision on Thursday's WEC 53 event at the Jobing.com Arena in Glendale, Arizona. Dominick Cruz, on the otherhand, defended his WEC bantamweight title against challenger Scott Jorgensen also via unanimous decision.
