The fifteenth cycle of America's Next Top Model closed it's ninth season Wednesday night, December 1, 2010 with Ann Ward winning the title and Chelsey Hersley as runner-up. Ward was also awarded a contract with Cover Girl cosmetics, a modelling contract and a spread in Italian Vogue.
