2010 San Antonio Marathon Results
3rd Annual San Antonio Rock 'n' Roll Marathon & ½ Marathon

Despite an interruption from an unscheduled freight train crossing the marathon course at Commerce Street, the San Antonio Marathon 2010 pushed through and ended successfully. The times for all of the affected runners were adjusted as necessary.
